Bed is made from 25 grade cast iron, strictly inspected with Microlevel, Hardness Tester and Straightedge.
Boring of Head Stock is done on WMW boring machine.
Fitted with induction hardened and ground spindle made from alloy steel. With external and internal grinding.
Single screw apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds and fitted with gear made from 25 grade Cast Iron.
All the gear in head strock are made from En-8 and with high range of speed. (Nitriding gear)
Hanging panel board has been provided with R-F/Stop/Inching facility. (If ordered)
Parts & Instruction Manual as per Indian Standard IS - 1878 (Part-1) 1993.
   Double Screw Norton Gear Box: Top
Provided as time Saver equipment with separate Thread & Feed Shaft. Thus, feed & thread gears could be changed rapidly and decreases the wear and tear of Half nut and Lead screw.
