Bed is made form 25 Grade Cast Iron of 180 BHN hardness, strictly with Microlevel, Hardness Tester and Straightedge.
Boring of Head Stock is done on WMW boring machine fitted with induction hardened and ground spindle made from alloy steel.
Apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds.
Hexagonal shaped Tail Stock with hardened and ground tail stock spindle made from alloy steel having external and internal grinding.
Instruction Manual as per Indian Standard IS – 1878 (Part – 1) 1993.
   Double Screw Three Speed Gear Box: Top
This three speed gear box gives three different speeds, achieved by changing levers. It is provided with separate thread and feed shaft. So, it decreases wear and tear of half nut and lead screw.
