   Special Features: Top
Bed is made from 25 grade cast iron and is hardened upto 400 BHN hardness strictly inspected with microlevel. Hardness tester and straight edge.
Boring of Head stock is done on WMW boring machine fitted with induction hardened and ground spindle made from alloy steel.
Apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds.
Hexagonal shaped tail stock with hardened and ground tail stock spindle made from alloy steel having external and internal grinding.
Hardened and ground gear made from 20 Mn Cr 5.
   Double Screw Norton Gear Box: Top
Provided as time saver equipment with separate thread & feed shaft. Thus, feed & thread gears could be changed rapidly and decreases wear and tear of half nut and lead screw.
Instruction manual as per Indian standard IS – 1878 (part-1) 1993.
